Order processing
Orders are processed on business days (Mon–Fri, excluding US federal holidays). Orders are shipped the next business day.
Carriers and shipping options
We ship via UPS / FedEx / USPS. Temperature-sensitive items are packaged using appropriate cold chain materials.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Shipping and risk
Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon acceptance of the order by the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays or package delays.
