Since peptide compounds are sensitive to environmental influences, and it is impossible to re-check the supply chain once the product has left our warehouse, all sales are final, unless the package arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us at the address provided with your order number and photos.
Non-eligible returns
The following items are not eligible for return: items purchased in error or due to buyer regret; items purchased for resale or repackaging.
Refund policy
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item. The original shipping cost is not refundable unless the error was our fault.
